A book of your own: use it for a real book you wrote and make it public, or keep it private and try the system out. And a book for an author you work with, so you can collaborate on their book through your portal.
You get a profile page of your own, an editor profile, a publicist profile, an agent profile, or a publisher profile, which you can keep hidden until you want it seen.
After that you pay when you give another author a book. Each license covers one book for one author, and larger orders receive the published volume price. There's no subscription.

We can map the checklist to your stages, terminology, and division of work, applied across every author you give a book to. If you need data in another system, ask about application programming interface (API) access during the same call. Tell us about your list.

One list, both sides
The author sees who normally handles each item and marks what is waiting on you. You see those items in one place, across every author you work with, by publication date.
Complete tasks for them
Mark the items you handle, like the ISBN block, the Cataloging in Publication (CIP) application, the back-cover copy, or the review submissions you send, complete on the author's checklist, with your name on the change.
Registered with consent
A book is registered to your account only when the author names you and you accept, or you invite the author and they accept. The author can remove the link at any time.
What your dashboard shows
- Your own profile page, an editor profile, a publicist profile, an agent profile, or a publisher profile, which you can keep hidden until you want it seen
- Every registered book: title, author, publication date, formats and ISBNs, and the public book page
- Checklist progress for each book, as counts by category
- The items an author has marked Waiting or assigned to you, with a CSV export
- Review and award outcomes the author has chosen to share
What it never shows
- Private notes, costs, and confirmation numbers
- Uploaded files
- Anything on a book that is not registered to you
- Anything the author has not chosen to share
The author owns the account. Your dashboard shows the books registered to your organization, the work assigned to you, and the results the author chose to share. It doesn't show private notes, costs, files, or unrelated books.
