For publishing professionals
We started the listing. You make it yours.
Claiming a listing lets a literary agent, editor, publisher, publicist, company, or library confirm its public information and manage future updates. Here's how it works.
Are you an author?
You want the free Author Profile instead. Create your free Author Profile.
How it works
- 1
Find yourself or your company
Look yourself up among our literary agents, editors, publishers, and publicists, or find your company, library, resource, or organization.
- 2
Say it's you
Press "This is me" or "This is my organization" on the listing. For a library, resource, or organization, use the confirm form on its page with a work email instead.
- 3
Sign in or create a free account
When your email matches the address we hold, or its domain matches your organization's own website, the listing is yours at once. Otherwise we check first, usually within a few days.
- 4
Keep it current yourself
Correct it, hide it, or remove it whenever it changes, and say who you are open to hearing from.
What you get
- A listing that is yours to edit.
- The “Verified by them” mark once you confirm it.
- Claiming is free, and a free professional account comes with it: a profile page of your own, which you can keep hidden until you want it seen, a book of your own to publish or to try the system on, and a book for an author you work with.
Being listed is not a recommendation, and nobody pays to appear. The full rules are in the editorial policy.
